Setup Guide for My Integration

1. Introduction

My Integration seamlessly connects diverse SaaS tools, allowing effortless synchronization of contacts, quotations, and products.Experience data integration like never before, without the need for any coding expertise.

2. Install

Access the My Integration Platform

● Navigate to the My Integration homepage.

● Click on the Subscribe or Sign Up button.

● Provide your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Company Name.

Validate Your Account:

● Check your email for an activation link from My Integration.

● Click on the provided link to validate your account and set up your password.

Set Up a Bridge:

● Once logged in, navigate to the Create a Bridge section on the dashboard.

● Select the two solutions you aim to connect.

● Choose the type of data object (Quotation, Contact, or Product) you wish to synchronize.

Activate Your Bridge:

● After setting up your bridge, click the Activate Bridge button.

● Important: Data synchronization starts from the moment of bridge activation. My Integration does not sync data retroactively. It focuses on updates and new creations post-activation.

3. Configure

Upon activating the bridge, users can further configure settings to tailor synchronization according to specific needs.

4. Use:

Once your bridge is active, My Integration automatically synchronizes your selected data between the two SaaS platforms, keeping them in sync based on your configured settings. Data synchronizations are initiated in real-time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across platforms.

5. Disconnect:

● Navigate to the My Bridges section.

● Locate the active bridge you wish to disconnect.

● Click on the Disconnect option.

● Confirm your decision in the prompted dialogue box. Note: Disconnecting halts all data synchronization, but previously synchronized data remains unaffected.

6. Uninstall:

To uninstall My Integration from your account, follow the steps below:

● Navigate to the My Integration homepage and log in to your account.

● Once logged in, click on your email address located in the upper-right corner of the page.

● A dropdown menu will appear.

● From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

● Within the Settings page, look for the option titled Manage My Subscription and click on it.

● Here, you will see an option to Cancel your subscription. Click on it and confirm your decision in any subsequent prompts.

By following these steps, your My Integration subscription will be canceled, and the service will be discontinued.
